Sharing Platters can be used as a starter and added to any of our sit down menus or BBQ menus.

We serve these on our Rustic Cricket Bat boards on the tables and serve them with Rustic breads with Olive Oil and Balsamic for Dipping and Dunking.

For the Sharing platter itself we usually have something along the lines of

Proscuitto, Continental meats, Sun Blushed Tomatoes and Olives, Dressed micro leaves with freshly Shaved Parmesan, Smoked Salmon, Roasted Mediteranean Vegetables, Pate.

But we can happily customise them to suit your specific favourites
