When we provide a quote for a function,  we understand and know most of the venues well, so when we compose a quote for you, once we know the exact venue, we can tell you and quote for everything we know you need for that particular venue, all venues are different so included and itemised in your quote will be Things like cutlery and crockery hire, glass hire, linen, kitchen equipment hire, you may need fridges for your drinks if you are providing these yourself, we can serve these at a cost for you, setting up the venue the day before, fuel fee and service staff and chefs costs.

These will all be itemised in your quote.
