"Dear Ryan,
I just can't tell you how thrilled I was with the Wedding
Breakfast, the food was truly delicious. Canapes were perfect and
plenty on offer. Your serving staff were absolutely spot on, just when
something was needed, there they were, ready to top up champagne or
offer more to nibble.
So many guests asked me where on earth did we find such a great
caterer, as you know it was by chance and our advise from Lorna at Scone
Palace. Thomas Fotheringham was particularly impressed with the
quality of the food and the service.

"Dear Ryan and Nicola I meant to contact you on Sunday but the day disappeared in visits and relatives. Kate and Sam are off in Malta but I thought I should just say that
you did a super job for us on the 9th July. The anti pasta looked and
tasted lovely! There were lots of compliments about the lamb's flavour
and tenderness and the freshness of the salmon dish. The panna cotta was
rich yet fresh with the lemon and the fruit balance. Kate loved the
bread!!!
It was a lovely meal which we really enjoyed and I hope it wasn't too stressful for you and your team making it happen.
We found your support, advice and patience went well beyond even
what you advertise.We thought that your quiet and professional approach
was very reassuring. You made the whole process more enjoyable - your
attention to our sometimes quirky thoughts meant we built up a trust in
your expertise and in you.

In short your service was excellent and the food was second to
none. Most of our guests wrote after the wedding and the coments were

particular references were to the high quality of meat, the great
