Husband and wife team Ryan and Nikki Dowling have 30 years of catering experience between them, having worked in branded 4 star hotels and multi-AA rosetted country houses in the UK, France, Ireland and Australia.
 
Most recently, Ryan and Nikki occupied Head Chef and Pastry Chef positions at Skeabost Country House Hotel on the Isle of Skye, gaining one AA rosette within their first four months of employment. Nikki specialises in desserts, pastries and celebration cakes, while Ryan is skilled in all aspects of cooking and has a keen interest in both Scottish game and seafood.
 
The creation of Delicious Catering was a natural career progression for Ryan and Nikki, and was borne out of a desire to focus on their family life without sacrificing a job they enjoy. Their hard work and commitment has paid off, having now successfully gained a reputation for providing first class service in everything they do.
